The American Citizen Services (ACS) section provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens in Australia. American Citizen Services consists of the Passport & Citizenship and Special Consular Services sections. Office Hours and Contact Information

General Consulate Office Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

Counter Hours for Passports and other services are 8:00 am - 11:30 am Monday-Friday, except the first Wednesday of the month and U.S. and NSW public holidays. Entry into the Consular Section for non-emergency services is by appointment only. You may schedule an appointment via our website.
