Passports and American Citizen Services
8:00am - 11:30am Monday to Friday (Except the first Wednesday of the month, U.S. and NSW public holidays)
As of Monday, September 24, 2007, you must make an appointment via our website to be allowed entry into the consular section for routine (non-emergency) services. Please refer to U.S. Citizen Services.

Immigrant visa interviews
By appointment only
Visa applicants will be notified by the Immigrant Visa Unit of their final visa interview date. For applications for “transportation letters” (ordinarily needed for the loss, theft, or expiration of an Alien Registration Card (“Green card”)) and any other emergencies, please e-mail SydneyIV@state.gov. To schedule an appointment to lodge an I-130 petition in Sydney, please email sydneypetitions@state.gov.
